The work:

As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll partner with business leaders to develop customized strategies to attract and hire talent across multiple business groups. You’ll be responsible for managing the candidate experience (ensuring candidates feel good and motivated throughout the process) as well as the client experience (ensuring our hiring managers feel fully supported with a focus on delivering exceptional service and qualified candidates). Diversity is a priority, so you’ll come up with a game plan that will ensure a diverse slate for every role. Process and operations are critical to what we do, so you’ll to stay on top of things. You’ll use data and metrics to inform business and process decisions, coming up with justifications for why we do things. We’re a close-knit HR organization, so expect to work intimately with our partners in crime: HRBPs, Total Rewards and HR Systems.

Core focus:

HR partnership development, client relationship management, business intelligence gathering, candidate management, process and operations management, Advisor to the Compensation team and TA business matter expert.

The Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of Technology recruiting experience
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high volume recruiting cycles
  • Strong knowledge of common human resources practices, employment laws and/or government compliance regulations as it relates to recruiting and hiring
