We are looking for an Associate Producer to help our Interactive and Immersive R&D team push boundaries and explore what’s possible. The right candidate will have the experience, creativity and attention to detail to work with cross-discipline leadership, coordinate multiple project deliverables, manage technology and content partners -- in addition to driving our evergreen workstreams. Our new AP will have a history shipping product and managing agile teams comprised of artists, engineers, and designers.

Scheduling and tracking progress, milestones, content, and tasks native to complex new research and development
Coordinating the research and development efforts from concept to release
Prioritizing features and scope of projects to balance quality, risk, schedule, and resources, with guidance from product owners and stakeholders
Driving individual milestones in coordination with the wider production team
Coordinating multiple R&D workstreams at once both internally and externally
Building strong, effective relationships and communication paths with a wide range of stakeholders and cross-company teams
Managing acquisition and inventory of hardware, software and tools needed for research and development
Working with other producers to balance and align multiple missions and priorities
Working with cross-discipline directors to oversee workload
Building and managing relationships with external developers and partners in various fields to help better support the mission of R&D
Strong passion for interactive and narrative content.
A minimum of 2+ years’ work experience in creative, interactive product development
Successful completion of at least 1+ full product cycles in a relevant field
Ability to coordinate and simplify complex problem solving
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Self-motivated and skilled at motivating others
Detail oriented, with an innate understanding of quality
Experience with industry standard Production tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc)
Experience in video game, virtual reality, and/or mobile app development
Experience working with multiple disciplines: Art, Engineering, Design
Experience with Unity, UE4, or custom real-time rendering engines
Bachelor’s degree with relevant focus (Engineering, Art, Business, etc.)
