This is supplemental work to assist the HBO Archives department to close out special projects as we approach the end of the year.
The ideal candidate is hardworking with a positive attitude, interested in a studio archive profession, detail-oriented, able to work independently or as part of a team. We encourage students looking for hands on experience.


  • Inventory, process, and catalog paperwork and various physical media
  • Assist with a company wide paperwork digitization and storage project
  • Sort and organize our program guide collection

  • Experience handling media or archival collections
  • Demonstrates interest in working for a studio or corporate archive
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Able to lift up to 40lb boxes
