Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. seeks an Executive Assistant I for the HR WW TV Distribution, LatAm, Canada department. The position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Vice President, Human Resources Distribution, as well to provide broader support for the Human Resources team as required.
Serve as point of intake for employee inquiries. Provide answers or connects employee to appropriate team member. Advise employee on how to navigate company processes to accomplish tasks by guiding them to the appropriate channels.
Provide general administrative support to VP and the department. Supports the department with travel arrangements, submitting expense reports, drive-on passes, messenger services, ordering supplies for the department, greeting. guests, scanning, filing etc. and other ad hoc requests.
Support employee communication programs and division-specific employee communications (e.g. division specific broadcast emails). Maintains and updates email distribution lists for use in all internal division communications.
Responsible for creating and maintaining org charts.
Performs other ad-hoc requests and projects.
High School diploma required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
At least 1-year professional work experience required.
Prior HR experience preferred.
Must have strong organizational skills.
Strong computer skills required, including Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must have a positive, professional demeanor and be able to work as a team player.
Must possess strong diplomacy and adaptability attributes to deal effectively with all levels of employees, including senior level executives.
Must possess strong logic and reasoning skills.
Must have the ability to plan for, track and execute multiple recurring and ad hoc tasks.
Must have strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Must have the ability to work in an extremely confidential environment.
Must have ability to work well under time constraints.
