What part will you play?

Working with the Deputy Marketing Director – Television, the Marketing Executive will support the WBITV marketing strategy for the UK & Ireland across all WarnerMedia content (Warner Bros., HBO, HBO Max, Turner, CNN) including series, films, animation and documentaries. You will work with UK & Irish broadcasters and platforms to ensure clients receive best-in-class support when launching WB series and features. Responsibilities include:

Pre-Sales Support
  • Help to create and deliver sales materials including brochures, pitch decks, sizzles and e-blasts
  • Set up, manage and execute UK client screenings, in coordination with EMEA Events Manager
  • Support the WBITV Sales team as directed to achieve revenue objectives

Post-Sales Support
  • Manage all ad-pub servicing across UK and Ireland, working closely with US-based servicing team
  • Manage day to day brand assurance workflow including broadcaster campaigns, approvals on WBTV digital channels in the UK, experiential marketing projects and TV long form promotional specials
  • Oversee digital and social presence for WM TV content in the UK & Ireland
  • Liaise with relevant UK divisions including Home Entertainment, Theatrical and Consumer Products to ensure marketing opportunities across the TV lifecycle are maximized, taking responsibility for specific projects as required
  • Liaise between broadcaster press teams and US-based publicists to set up and execute talent interviews
  • Assist with the logistics and management of press junkets

Broadcaster tracking
  • Collate broadcasters’ scheduling and programming plans and share with relevant internal and external teams in a timely manner
  • Maintain and distribute competitor reports
  • Update team on industry trends, key developments and relevant news stories

What do we require from you?
  • Passion for television essential
  • Experience of working in television or broader entertainment industry
  • Sound knowledge of and experience in social media and digital marketing
  • Excellent inter-personal communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Strong organisational skills, able to take responsibility for a heavy, but varied workload with a need for attention to detail and a flexible approach
  • An enthusiastic, self-motivated committed team-player
