WarnerMedia seeks a Producer/Editor for the Original Productions – Tstudios department.
The Producer/Editor position for 10th Street Productions requires an ambitious, self-motivated, and capable candidate who will guide productions from start to finish. The core work will include being available to produce, shoot, and edit content on behalf of the WarnerMedia corporate team at Hudson Yards in NYC.
Often, these productions will require coordinating directly with WarnerMedia executives and individuals from corporate communications with the purpose of creating internal, employee-targeted videos, as well as external, outward-facing productions for shareholders and media. On any particular shoot, this position will be tasked with setting up shots, organizing and hiring crew, interviewing subjects, scouting locations, writing scripts, editing footage, and seeing the production through from conception to completion.
This candidate will report directly to 10th Street productions’ Supervising Producer/Sr. Editor and when not working on WarnerMedia corporate video the producer/editor will work on projects assigned to them by 10th Street Productions.
Creativity is the key to this role. Whether it is ideating a concept, writing a script, or just being up and about on location for a shoot, problem solving, and fast thinking are a part of the job.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or experience
- 3-5 Years as a writer/editor/producer in an agency and/or network
- Deep understanding of broadcast cameras/ lights and video codecs
- Fluent within Adobe Premiere.
- After Effects is a plus
- Troubleshoots technical issues
